Warranty and Returns

Unfortunately, as with any manufactured products, from time to time, problems will occur. If you find yourself in a position where you are unhappy with a Speero product you should follow the procedure below:

Without exception, all goods being returned should be returned to the original point of purchase.

Prior to communicating with the retailer please make sure you have your proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is critical at this point as it represents the 'contract of sale' between you and your retailer.

Your rights relating to purchase lie with the retailer from where you originally purchased the goods. Speero are unable to assist with enquiries of this nature directly. You must contact your retailer.

The 12-month warranty beyond your statutory rights on certain products in our range is only available with proof of purchase and on the goods being returned to the retailer as per our terms.

Our warranty covers against manufacturing flaws, defective materials and workmanship.

Our warranty does not cover damage arising from wear and tear, failure to maintain and store correctly,

misuse or improper fit.

If you are returning footwear, please make sure it is clean and dry beforehand.
