Ross is no stranger when it comes to the angling industry. He has been an angler since the age of 12 after embarking on his first session with a friend. After thoroughly enjoying a few fishing holidays in Dorset with his friend and his family, he soon caught the bug to get out and really follow his new passion/hobby.
Fast forward to 2010 and Ross enrolled into Shuttleworth College where he spent three years studying Fishery Management. After keeping his head down throughout college, Ross later went on to work for a few different manufacturers within the industry.
Ross is handy when it comes to video work and photography and has a real passion for scenic photography and all styles of cinematography which translates into handy product films that can be used across all platforms.
Supporting charities is also something held close to Ross’ heart. Brain Tumour Research, Cancer UK and Guide Dogs for the Blind are to name but a few that he supports on various levels throughout the year. He has also supported the “Lucy’s Bowl, Raising Funds for Guide Dogs” fishing competition for the past 5 years now and went on to take home the well-respected trophy back in 2017, whilst racing round Wraysbury North Lake with a camera capturing various moments as they happened.
Ross will be on hand with the social media and video work for Speero as well as being an integral part of the product design team. He is someone that ideas can be bounced off and can be relied upon to give an honest opinion and suggest little adaptations to make a product better.
